Accordingly, refunds are generally not available for services that have been delivered or where work has already started.

3. Cancellation Before Service Delivery
Clients who wish to cancel a scheduled consultation or engagement must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

If cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the appointment or service commencement, no charges will apply.
If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a service fee may be applicable depending on the circumstances and any preparation already completed.
